Rico has been passionate about residential construction since his university days in Austin, tx working miscellaneous residential and commercial construction trades on weekends and summers.

Rico graduated UT Austin with a Bachelors in Science of Civil Engineering, with a passion in mainly construction management. Rico then took his industrial construction experience to branch out into the residential construction space back in 2015 with his first investment single family home.

Ever since then, Rico has managed to get his hands on nearly every trade / phase of residential construction to where he is today.

The passion lies in seeing owners / clients satisfied with a final product and ultimatley referring R&C out or simply utilizing us for the next project.
